Your new companyHays are delighted to be partnering with a superb US owned manufacturing business with an international presence based in Warwickshire. The company has superb offices and an enviable reputation in their niche markets. Your new roleWe are looking for qualified candidates, ACA, ACCA or CIMA with a strong technical bias and knowledge of preparing statutory accounts for numerous entities ideally both within the UK and overseas. Key duties include:

  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of both UK and Overseas legal entity statutory reporting and tax returns, in accordance with local GAAP/ IFRS and other reporting standards
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of regulatory and compliance reports & surveys, and support for cost centre budget preparation and monitoring
  • Complete VAT returns for assigned entities and prepare the corresponding paperwork for payment
  • You will establish and manage strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, external auditors, external tax advisors and coordinate audits.
  • You will support the manager with common processes, and other ad-hoc projects.

What you'll need to succeedWe are looking to speak to fully Qualified candidates who have either trained within a larger Accountancy Practice or a larger international company. This role could suit a first or second time mover who has good knowledge of IFRS.
