Join our clients finance team as an Accounts Administrator, where every day offers new challenges and opportunities to shine. In this multi-faceted role, you'll have the chance to make a real impact, working across a variety of financial tasks from managing key supplier relationships to supporting crucial internal projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the heartbeat of our finance department as you manage inboxes for Purchase and Sales Ledger, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Dive into the essential processing of purchase ledger and sales invoices
  • Handle bank transactions for designated sites, playing a key part in daily operations.
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers, making you a trusted point of contact.
  • Collaborate with the credit controller to support key credit control processes.
  • Play a pivotal role in processing sales invoices, and posting customer cash, helping to maintain financial health.
  • Reconcile monthly supplier accounts, ensuring financial records are always accurate and up to date.
  • Be the go-to person for budget holders, resolving invoice issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide vital support for internal and external audits, helping maintain our compliance standards.
  • Resolve supplier queries with speed and precision, ensuring no question goes unanswered.
  • Lend a helping hand to the Transactions Team Leader and get involved in ad-hoc projects, giving you a chance to expand your skill set.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement ethos, where your ideas will help shape the future of finance processes.
