Key Responsibilities

Assist with month-end financial processes, including accruals and revenue reconciliations
Maintain and update customer accounts and pricing structures within internal systems
Generate and issue accurate sales invoices, ensuring compliance with customer requirements
Conduct reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and integrity

Resolve invoice-related queries and disputes efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
Engage proactively with customers to facilitate timely payments
Collaborate with the Credit Controller to resolve invoicing discrepancies

Support VAT returns and audits, working alongside the Revenue Accountant and Financial Accountant

Take on ad-hoc finance tasks to support the business as needed

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or sales ledger role
Strong knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A proactive and customer-focused approach
