Hybrid, full-time ongoing temporary position based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, offering up to £12/hour depending on experience.

Are you a recent graduate or equivalent looking for your next opportunity? Would you like to work for an established and respected firm in a role as part of a dynamic and supportive team? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, the successful applicant will provide outstanding administrative support to one of the company teams.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Answering client queries in an efficient and helpful manner
  • Liaising with various company departments to collect information and escalate queries when required
  • Using spreadsheets to organise and track data and information
  • Collating information into a document to distribute to both colleagues and clients
  • Other administrative duties when required

Prospective applicants must be highly organised and detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and thrive working as part of a team. Previous administrative experience is also required.
