We are seeking a diligent, hands-on PA looking for an amazing new role with a company of a lifetime. We are looking for a talented PA who is able to work independently and confidently, providing support to one of the company's managers in a leading organization in its sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the director's diary, including booking travel, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and setting reminders.
  • Taking minutes during meetings.
  • General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the director, managing and handling all calls.
  • Liaising with staff, external suppliers, and clients.
  • Writing and preparing documents on behalf of the director.
  • Acting as the gatekeeper and point of contact for the director.
  • Transferring calls from reception to the relevant person.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
  • General administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A positive and upbeat attitude.
  • PA experience is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
