Responsibilities:
- Organizing the director's diary, including booking travel, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and setting reminders.
- Taking minutes during meetings.
- General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the director, managing and handling all calls.
- Liaising with staff, external suppliers, and clients.
- Writing and preparing documents on behalf of the director.
- Acting as the gatekeeper and point of contact for the director.
- Transferring calls from reception to the relevant person.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
- General administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A positive and upbeat attitude.
- PA experience is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills.
