Hours - Full Time - Hybrid Role (1 day in office)

Salary - £16.00p/h

We are looking for a talented, hard-working PA who is happy to take on a fresh new challenge, is eager to succeed, and strives to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a PA in a professional services role, who likes to give their all, with the ability to work independently when needed. The candidate should be proactive, not reactive. This is a hybrid role, requiring only one day in the office, but it is located at a gorgeous site—somewhere you would love to be every day!

Key Responsibilities

Organising diaries, including booking travel, arranging meetings, and setting reminders.

Keeping track of office supplies and IT equipment, ensuring these are ordered when necessary.

Taking minutes during meetings.

General administrative work, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Acting as the first point of contact, handling calls and correspondence.

Liaising with staff, external suppliers, and clients.

Writing and preparing documents.

Acting as a gatekeeper when required.

Liaising and working efficiently with other business support staff across the company.

Keeping up to date with the latest compliance and GDPR guidelines.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Comfortable in a front-of-house role and interacting with visitors.
  • Able to complete general office administration tasks.
  • Previous PA experience preferred.
