I am partnering with a distinguished architectural and interior design firm that is looking for a talented Architect to join its dynamic team in Warwickshire. The ideal Architect will contribute to projects from concept to completion, developing detailed designs and collaborating with clients and consultants. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and a strong understanding of UK building regulations are essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

Part 3 qualified and ARB registered
Relevant post-qualification experience in an architecture practice
Experience in residential projects is advantageous
Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and Revit
Sharp attention to detail with a flair for innovative design
In-depth understanding of construction methods and materials
Confidence to take ownership of projects from concept to completion
