Summary
My high-profile Utilities client is looking for a Process Mapping Analyst to join their team Based at their Warwick offices (2 days a week on site) on an initial 6-month contract with chance of extensions.

In this role, you will be a vital part of the Connections Reform Programme team, working towards achieving quicker connections for viable and Net Zero aligned projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate process maps and workflow modelling, collaborating with process owners to ensure clear understanding and definition of processes.
- Develop and update process documents in alignment with corporate standards.
- Support end-user testing and iterate processes as necessary.
- Assist in creating knowledge articles, guides, training materials, and other supporting documents to embed new processes within the organisation.
- Support the creation of a comprehensive process repository.
Key Skills:
- Attention to detail is crucial in this role, ensuring accuracy and precision throughout the process mapping.
- Ability to convert complex processes into easy-to-follow steps for end-users.
- Confidence to question and challenge subject matter experts to identify gaps or issues.
- Comfortable working at a fast pace and managing workload to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity.
- Working knowledge of process mapping software, such as IBM Blueworks, is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements:
- A track record of process mapping or process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
