What would I be doing?

As a Global Event Coordinator, you will be at the heart of producing a diverse portfolio of events, both in-person and virtual.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Orchestrating and producing a line up of 5+ annual events

  • Presenting top-tier venues, hotels, and dining experiences to the Events Manager for consideration

  • Collaborating seamlessly with third-party stakeholders

  • Maintaining pristine records and presentation-ready materials across spreadsheets, websites, and event documents

  • Coordinating logistics with our internal team to ensure flawless execution

  • Managing event budgets to deliver maximum impact

  • Travelling globally to oversee events and ensure their success

What would they expect from me?

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the event industry

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Composure under pressure, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and budgets

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in-person and over the phone

What qualifications and experience do I need?

  • At least 2 years of experience in event management

  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly

  • Experience working within budget constraints to achieve exceptional results

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software
