We are looking for an experienced individual with the skills to offer PA support to an inhouse legal team in a varied and demanding role. The successful applicant must possess the ability to provide a confidential support service to a Legal Counsel and as a result experience as a board level PA alongside legal experience is essential. This is a varied and process driven role. This role will require the successful applicant to demonstrate skills in the following responsibilities:

Expert coordination of business schedules, diaries and collation of relevant paperwork in line with appointments and meetings

Full preparation for meetings including provision of supplies and refreshments, meeting room bookings, and travel and accommodation arrangements where relevant

Meeting and greeting all high level meeting attendees and delegates

Management of all email inboxes and correspondence responding in a professional and timely manner

Liaison with internal and external parties in order to monitor work deadlines and advise where necessary

Maintenance of business processes and procedures in order to ensure continuity whilst striving to make improvements across the business

Project support, business development, and stakeholder care on behalf of the business

The successful candidate will have prior PA experience supporting a senior Director within a fast paced, varied and evolving environment. You must also have experience within the legal sector whether that be from private practise or inhouse legal team. You will be accustomed to working within a varied role involved events, projects and operations support. This is a full time, permanent role working hybrid. Salary is dependent upon experience.
