Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to take the next step in their career. Responsibilities Included:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct research, compile data and prepare reports as required
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required

Skills and Attributes:

  • Significant experience in a similar role supporting senior executives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
