Based in Warwickshire, the successful applicant will provide outstanding PA and administrative support to one of the firm’s integral teams, supporting the Head of Department in this growing, fast-paced role.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising and coordinating meetings and events; ensuring all required arrangements and resources are coordinated and arranged in advance
  • Complex national travel arrangements
  • Extensive work using Microsoft Office and internal systems; collating information into standardised PowerPoints and uploading documents to the internal system, ensuring all information is up-to-date

Prospective applicants must have previous experience within either a PA or senior administrative position a similar calibre organisation. Applicants must have outstanding organisation, coordination and communication skills, be able to prioritise workload and have strong attention-to-detail.
