If you're looking for a career in a vibrant, challenging environment with good career progression and a diverse, inclusive culture, this may be the role for you.Churchill Howard are excited to be working with a well-respected, listed Midlands organisation in their search for a Commercial Finance Business PartnerThe Role:* Drive commercially-beneficial decisions for the business, taking into account financial and non- financial aspects.* Support the annual business planning process.* Understand non-financial data cost drivers and work with the business to ensure integrity of data feeding into reporting.* Ensure recharge rates are correct for jobs or projects charged to IRE/Capex.* Conduct detailed analysis on emerging risks and opportunities, variances and other areas of interest.* Prepare credible monthly forecasts for areas of accountability, ensuring the financial consequences of planned outputs are correctly reflected and balanced.* Create and deliver engaging presentations.Desired Experience/Qualifications:* ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or equivalent.* Ability to articulate a position and make recommendations that enable leadership teams to make strategic and operational decisions based on reliable and accurate information.* Comfortable not only advising, but constructively challenging senior stakeholders.Applicants of all ages and backgrounds with the relevant skills and experience are encouraged to apply.
