The Finance Manager will be responsible for development of finance systems, processes and procedures. You'll oversee the running of the finance department manging a small team and reporting directly to the FD. You'll also collaborate with senior management across the organisation to maximize performance.The role:* Prepare monthly management accounts including balance sheet, metrics and commentary.* Formulate 12 monthly rolling forecast cashflow. * Preparation of annual income/expenditure budgets.* Maintain robust accounting procedures and systems of internal financial control in line with current good practice and legislation.* Collaborate with Finance Director to oversee audit. * Ensure financial and business risks are identified/ recorded and monitored.* Manage external relationships with bank, auditors and HMRC.* Provide quarterly reports for submission to board.The Candidate:* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Qualified by Experience.* Strong experience of management accounts. * Experience of double entry bookkeeping. * Knowledge of Sage.
