Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead month-end and year-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Provide strategic insight and financial guidance to senior management to drive business growth.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and P&L.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and implement best practices across finance operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified with a minimum of 5 years of finance management experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within a logistics or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in financial software and systems.
- Analytical mindset, capable of providing insights to support business decision-making.
