My client an established and recognised brand in its sector are seeking a Head of FP&A to provide informed financial decisions through insightful data.
My client is a is a well-known retailer that operates both physical stores and through an online platform with headquarters in Warwickshire.
As Head of FP&A working closely with Divisional Finance Directors as well as exposure to the Executive Team you will lead:
- Both yearly and 3-year strategic planning
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting across the Group
- Identification and implementation of efficiencies in finance processes
- Managing capex planning and reporting
- Trusted advisor status with the CFO, providing consolidated insights along with strategic guidance
- Develop and make fit for purpose the OneStream FP&A system
- Building relationships across the business particularly with Finance Business Partners and P&L owners
The most desirable applicant for Head of FP&A will have:
- Demonstrable experience of leading organisations through financial planning and reporting cycles
- Understanding of the retail sector
- Experience within a multisite business of creating and delivering financial planning cycles
- Private equity exposure
- Board and/or Investor Relations reporting
£120,000 -£140,000 Base Salary + Car Allowance + Significant Bonus
