Position: HR Data Analyst

About the Role:As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's HR function by providing valuable insights and analysis. You will be responsible for interpreting and visualising people data, facilitating workforce planning, and enhancing recruitment strategies. Your expertise in Workday and data storytelling will be instrumental in guiding decision-making processes and improving HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse HR data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Dashboard Development: Utilise tools like Power BI or Workday to create and refine dashboards, including the OFT dashboard in Workday.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders to understand their data needs, ensuring that insights are tailored to inform their strategies.
  • Storytelling with Data: Go beyond presenting raw data; craft narratives that explain the 'what' and 'why' behind the numbers, making data relatable and impactful.
  • Support Transition to Workday: Assist in the migration from SuccessFactors to Workday by ensuring that data is accurately transferred and effectively utilised.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably with a focus on data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday and experience with dashboarding tools like Power BI.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a knack for storytelling through data.
  • A background in business intelligence, with the ability to translate technical data into strategic insights.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
