We are delighted to be partnered with an organisation who are entering an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking a fully experienced HR Manager with a proven track record in all HR aspects, particularly focusing on change management. This role is ideal for someone looking to play a crucial part in the growth and development.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the HR function from start to end of task, ensuring smooth operation and compliance.
  • Handle all aspects of HR management, maintaining healthy relations among staff and employees.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including organising training workshops.
  • Conduct monthly board meetings and provide clear, accurate reports and guidance across the organisation.
  • Assess and upgrade current documents, processes, policies, and systems as necessary.
  • Focus on staff development and morale to foster a positive working environment.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO9001 standards alongside the COO.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification is essential.
  • Experienced in handling disciplinary matters and maintaining personnel records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software.
  • Skilled in performance management, employee assessments, and setting KPIs.
  • Ability to provide legal guidance and support team building initiatives.
