I am sourcing an experienced Interim HR Shared Services profession for a 3 month contract.

The role is a an ongoing contract to support the Head of HR in shaping the transnational team by driving operational excellence who can lead and develop the team.

Key Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement
Monitor and report on team performance
Collaborate with HR leadership to streamline processes and improve the colleague experience.
Ensure service coverage, proactively managing risks and implementing contingency plans
Lead and develop a team

Experience Required

Experience working within a Shared service environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to change.
