I am sourcing an experienced Interim HR Shared Services profession for a 3 month contract.
The role is a an ongoing contract to support the Head of HR in shaping the transnational team by driving operational excellence who can lead and develop the team.
Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and report on team performance
- Collaborate with HR leadership to streamline processes and improve the colleague experience.
- Ensure service coverage, proactively managing risks and implementing contingency plans

Experience Required
- Experience working within a Shared service environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
