About the Role:

Stonewater is on a mission of growth, and our People are at the heart of it all. As a Strategic People Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor, an innovator, and a visionary leader within the People Team, influencing and executing initiatives that align with our people strategies with Stonewater’s mission and goals. You will deliver on strategic objectives to make a tangible difference to KPIs including; turnover, absence and engagement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Influence and coach Senior Leaders with their business plans, initiatives and projects by leading on all People aspects of implementation. Ensuring the organisational strategy is aligned in the work and how different issues connect.
  • Champion employee engagement processes to support and coach Senior Leaders to take ownership of feedback and to implement effective actions that increases engagement.
  • Collaborating on and leading as necessary on People Team projects (pay framework, TUPE, restructures etc) and objectives to enable the successful delivery of our People Strategy.
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of current legislation and regulatory requirements, including alignment with Equality and Diversity, in all initiatives, policies and procedures delivered to ensure the business is operating best practice with regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a strategic business partner and change agent to Senior Leaders across the business, to develop an empowered, engaged and productive mobile workforce.

What We’re Looking For:

  • The ability to lead, manage, motivate and inspire a team
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
  • Up to date knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to make sound judgements and decisions, appraise performance and manage risk
  • Adapt and work effectively in partnership with Senior Leaders, colleagues and external stakeholders to influence positive outcomes for the business
