- An experienced Business Analyst, you’ll be an effective communicator, and be confident engaging with a variety of stakeholders.

- You’ll confidently engage with business sponsors, project teams and vendor resources to ensure project and business objectives are met.
- Meticulous and analytical in your approach, you’ll clarify the impact of proposed solutions to establish costs, risk and options, and present appropriate recommendations in a concise, traceable, and flexible manner.
- Delivering Business Analysis services across the full business change lifecycle.
- The end-to-end software development lifecycle (iterative and Waterfall methodologies).
- Process documentation and engineering (UML and/or BPMN notations).
- Requirements elicitation and management (functional and non-functional).
- Conducting impact assessments for complex business changes.
- Working within an insurance or financial services environment and experience coaching and mentoring more junior team members is essential for the more senior roles available.
- Guidewire insurance system experience would be desirable but is not essential.
