Change Manager - Data Literacy

One of our leading financial clients is looking to recruit a Change Manager on a contract basis. This role is part of Data Literacy team and will be responsible for data capabilities and training.

Location - Hybrid / Once a week in Warwickshire

Duration - 3 months

Day Rate - £550 - £600 per day Inside IR35

Experience:

Change Management experience
Insurance or Financial services experience
Successful delivery of business change and benefits realisation
Excellent knowledge of change management best practice and continuous improvement
Experience of establishing effective relationships with all levels of stakeholders
Experience of working on large scale training programmes would be advantageous
Experience of programme/project delivery would be advantageous
Good data awareness and/or data project experience
