Position: IDAM Programme Manager
Duration: Initial 6 Months
Location: Warwick / hybrid (on-site approx. 3 times per month)
Rates: Negotiable
Our high-profile energy client are in the market for an IDAM (Identity Access Management) expert to take a steer on a critical programme!
Role Overview:
The Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Programme Manager oversees the daily management, leadership, and coordination of the programme team to achieve successful business outcomes. This includes the deployment of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems while ensuring compliance with our clients Cyber standards and procedures set by the Steering Committee and Programme Board.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define and align the programme's direction with the Programme Sponsor and Cyber Senior Strategy Manager while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations..
- Work with IT and Security to deliver/ integrate IT components and ensure adherence to IT processes.
- Oversee IT components, integrate the programme team into the IT Security Programme, and ensure stakeholder alignment on objectives and scope.
- Provide leadership, supporting and developing the team while managing finances, costs, resources, and timelines.
- Implement change control procedures, track deliverables, and provide accurate reports to the Client Lead.
- Identify and mitigate risks (RAID), formally close the programme with documented lessons learned, and oversee transition to Business as Usual (BAU).
Requirements:
- Extensive experience of delivering end-to-end IDAM programmes including the provision and deployment of IGA systems
- Good understanding of Network & Information Systems Directive (NIS D) regulation and the Cyber Assessment Framework
- Has proven leadership, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Working understanding of Business and Programme Risk
- A good track record of delivering complex programmes of work
- Understands policies, management structures and reporting procedures for all aspects of the programme environment.
