We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist with experience in systems monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnostics. The role involves liaising with stakeholders and providing 2nd/3rd line technical support.
Required Skills:
- UNIX/AIX, VMWare, and Linux
- Help desk systems and managing service requests/incidents/problems
- Meeting SLAs and OLAs
- Attention to detail and build standards
- Organisational and communication skills
- Technical troubleshooting

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
