An established and highly respected regional law firm in Kenilworth is looking to recruit a motivated and professional Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy residential property team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting conveyancers with the management of residential property transactions from start to finish
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documentation, including contracts, transfers and completion statements
  • Communicating with clients, estate agents and third parties to ensure smooth progress of transactions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files and records
  • Providing administrative support, such as managing correspondence and scheduling appointments

About You:

  • Experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant or within a similar legal support role (preferably in residential property law)
  • A strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and third parties
  • Proactive and able to manage a varied workload efficiently
  • A genuine interest in property law and providing excellent client service
