My client, an extremely well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in Kenilworth, is looking to recruit a dedicated and professional Private Client Legal Assistant to join its thriving team. With a strong commitment to serving the local community and offering an exceptional standard of legal services, my client prides itself on delivering top-quality client care in a supportive and rewarding working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting senior fee earners with a range of private client matters, including wills, probate and trusts
  • Communicating with clients and third parties, maintaining strong relationships
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney and estate administration forms
  • Managing case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with firm policies
  • Providing general administrative support to the team

About You:

  • Previous experience working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, ideally in Private Client law
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and able to work well independently, as well as part of a collaborative team
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality legal support with a focus on client care
