Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to influence change and drive strategy in a fast-paced, innovative environment? Our client, a dynamic organisation, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their People Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to devise and implement HR strategies aligned with business unit objectives.
  • Drive employee and organisational performance through tailored HR solutions.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including redundancies and TUPE processes.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, and rewards initiatives.
  • Work closely with Centres of Excellence (COE) to support talent management and workforce strategy.
  • Ensure diversity, inclusivity, and fairness in HR practises, and serve as a mentor and role model within the organisation.

What Our Client is Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in handling complex employee relations, including redundancies and TUPE.
  • Background in manufacturing or start-up environments is desirable.
  • A degree in HR or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Demonstrated skills in HR advisory and operational management.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
