An opportunity has arisen within this well known Birmingham organisation for a HR Business Partner.

Up to £57k + Benefits

Coleshill - On-site 5 days - but with flexibility based on work to WFH at times.

Reporting into the Head of HR, as HR Business Partner you will work closely with Senior Managers and Managers across your client group providing full generalist support and advice. Building strong relationships with these stakeholders will be key to the success of the role. The role will support around employee relations, performance, policy development, engagement and developing management capability. As HR Business Partner you will also have an opportunity to lead on HR projects across the whole of the organisation.

As an experienced HR Business Partner you will enjoy working in an environment where there is change and a variety of challenges. You will have an existing level of employee relations knowledge and application of this with a commercial approach.
