Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with an organisation looking to recruit an Office Manager to work within their newly refurbished offices, located in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, managing office supplies inventory and procurement, coordinating aSpellchecknd scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assisting in the on-boarding process for new employees.Responsibilities Included:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Assist in the on-boarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with the facilities manager to address maintenance needs and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Liaise with a variety of contractors, managing their schedules and ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
  • Take charge of the finance side of office management, including creating budget spreadsheets, processing invoices, and chasing invoice payments.
  • Ensure financial records are accurately maintained and report any discrepancies to the facilities manager

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Must be a driver to get to office location
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working with contractors on-site is essential.
