We are urgently seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to join our clients team and provide vital support during a busy period. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our HR function, working closely with senior leaders and gaining valuable experience in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general HR support to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with recruitment administration, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Collate and maintain accurate HR data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Liaise effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders to support various HR initiatives.
- Utilize Workday to manage HR processes and maintain accurate records.
What We Are Looking For:
Essential: Previous experience with Workday.Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Proactive and adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
