We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging individual who is eager to develop their knowledge within a large organisation, focusing on personal development and progress in the world of finance.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping up-to-date records of employee's personal data to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time, including pension data and contributions.
  • Making necessary updates in line with legislation, payroll, pension, and system procedures to deliver and support a high level of service.
  • Advising on and investigating payroll-related queries.
  • Building and supporting relationships with employee pension providers and the company’s internal pension teams, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Contributing to and delivering on projects and activities set by the line manager to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in payroll.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook.
  • Experience using Sage, Workday, or ResourceLink.
  • Understanding of payroll policies.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C, 9-4).
