Responsibilities
- Keeping up-to-date records of employee's personal data to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time, including pension data and contributions.
- Making necessary updates in line with legislation, payroll, pension, and system procedures to deliver and support a high level of service.
- Advising on and investigating payroll-related queries.
- Building and supporting relationships with employee pension providers and the company’s internal pension teams, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Contributing to and delivering on projects and activities set by the line manager to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Experience working in payroll.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook.
- Experience using Sage, Workday, or ResourceLink.
- Understanding of payroll policies.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C, 9-4).
