SEN Teaching Assistant

LTF Recruitment are currently recruiting for patient and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to work with our Ofsted 'good' two form entry primary school in the Kenilworth area. You will be supporting a year 6 child on a 1:1 basis with ASD & challenging behaviour. This role is offered on a long-term basis with the potential to go permanent for the successful candidate.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Have experience working with children with SEN
  • Experience working in UK Primary schools & have knowledge of the Key Stage Two curriculum.
  • Experience working 1-1 and in small groups with students and running interventions.
  • Have behaviour management strategies to create a safe environment. (Ideally Team Teach Trained)
  • Ability to track progress of students.
