Gi Group are recruiting for a Machine Operative in CV7, Bayton Road Industrial Estate Available shift: Sunday - Thursday 22:00 - 07:00 Pay: £11.87 per hour + £10 shift allowance As a Machine Operative you will work as part of a team on an automated moving line, working across various stations such as vacuum station, spray booths, moulding/sanding stations and packing lines. This is a great opportunity to learn new production skills through our clients training program. Duties will include:Checking the dimensions and quality of productsSetting the correct jigs/guards and machines to load products on a moving trackUnloading of parts at the end of the automated trackSetting and testing products using various tooling techniquesPackaging completed items ready for despatchMaintaining a safe and tidy working areaWorking to customer specificationsSetting and prepping working stationsWorking with tooling and setting moulding linesOccasional warehouse work as and when required during quieter periodsThe Person:Will live or have their own transport to CV7Looking for full time, long term work Will be happy with repetative workPrevious experience as a machine operator or light assemblyRequired to lift up to 20kgWill be self-motivated and a quick learnerGood verbal and written communication is vital Benefits: Free car parkOn job training providedTemp - perm opportunity for the right candidate To be considered for this role please apply or email us at
