Position: Warehouse OperativeLocation: Warwick, CV34Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour, increasing to £12.25 per hour in AprilWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday 5 pm - 5 amDuration: 12-week temporary contract with the potential for permanent placement.Warehouse Operative Role: As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. Your duties will include:• Order Picking and Packing: Use manual pick sheets and RF scanners accurately order pick and pack to fulfil orders.• Stock Management: Check deliveries against stock notes and ensure items are stored in the correct locations.• Heavy Lifting: Safely handle items weighing up to 25kg as part of daily tasks.• Warehouse Operations: Support general warehouse duties to maintain an efficient and organised workspace.Warehouse Operative Experience Required:• Warehouse Experience: Recent experience in a warehouse environment is essential.• Goods-In Expertise: Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in goods-in operations.• Physical Fitness: The ability to perform manual tasks, including heavy lifting, is essential.• Attention to Detail: Accuracy and a proactive approach to work are key to ensuring smooth operations.For further information, please call Empowered Personnel on or email your cv to
