An Assistant Restaurant Manager is required in Cumbria for this Luxury 4 Star Hotel which offers an award-winning fine dining restaurant.

They are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help ensure this fantastic restaurant is running to the standard expected in this high-level establishment.
You must have Assistant Restaurant Manager experience within an a la carte restaurant or luxury hotel in order to be considered for this role.

The restaurant serves up to 80 covers per service and the menu is put together using clean flavours to produce an elegant a la carte menu put together using the finest ingredients sourced locally to ensure the fullest flavours.
The hotel also offers private dining and caters for weddings and special events.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:
- Report directly to the Restaurant Manager and run the restaurant in their absence
- Have a friendly, yet professional persona
- Have experience of working within an establishment that focuses on fresh food
- Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team
- Have a passion for food, have lots of flair and be able to deal with day to day issues, regarding front of house and back of house operations
- Have a passion to help drive the business forward from the forefront
