The Role:
Are you an experienced Accountant with proficiency in Russian? Our client, a rapidly expanding automotive company, seeks a skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join their dynamic team. The company will soon be relocating to Kettering, so local candidates or those willing to commute are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Management:Oversee the complete accounting function, including monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting.
Budgeting and Forecasting:Support budget and forecast processes, ensuring accuracy and timely financial information.
Team Leadership:Manage and lead a team of two Finance Assistants, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
Regulatory Compliance:Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and standards.
Collaborative Decision-Making:Work with various departments to aid in financial decision-making.
Software Utilisation:Use Autopart/Mam and Xero for daily operations and reporting.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience:Proven experience as an Accountant, ideally with leadership or management experience.
Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Communication:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English.
Eligibility:Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
Previous Roles: You may have previously held positions such as Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, or similar.
