Join a progressive college in Kettering as an Exams Access Arrangement Administrator. This role is integral in collaborating with the Additional Learning Support teams to ensure that all eligible students have their Examination Access Arrangements (EAA) approved and accurately recorded.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work closely with Additional Learning Support teams to manage and record Examination Access Arrangements for eligible students.
  • Ensure that all EAA processes are compliant with current regulations and are executed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all approved and applied EAA.
  • Provide support and guidance to students regarding their examination requirements.
  • Adapt to varying work hours to meet the needs of the college and its examination schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above.
  • Familiarity with the Examination Access Arrangement process.
  • Ability to work flexibly as required, accommodating changes in work schedules to meet examination timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with various teams.
