Due to continued growth, they're seeking an Architect to join the Kettering team. This role will be mostly office-based, with some WFH and site travel. You will work both independently & lead a junior staff on projects ranging in value from £6m-£70m across all the sectors mentioned. The ideal candidate will either be a Chartered Architect or someone who is on the pathway to becoming chartered. You will be experienced in managing and delivering a variety of projects from inception to completion (RIBA Stages 0-7) and have experience leading junior staff.   • Work on mid-to-large-scale projects (£6m-£70m) across multiple sectors
  • Lead technical project delivery, ensuring high standards and compliance

  • Hybrid available & flexible working hours (start between 7:30 AM - 10 AM, finish between 4:30 PM - 6 PM)
The Person:
  • Chartered Architect or on the pathway to becoming chartered
  • Strong technical experience and ability to run projects independently & lead a team
  • Ambitious and eager to grow within a company that values long-term progression
  • Commutable distance from Kettering with a willingness to travel to sites across the Midlands
