Adecco are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a market leading and UK-based manufacturing company in Kettering as they expand their team.
Job title: Sales Administrator
Salary: up to 24k - 26k
Location: Kettering
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm (4pm finish on a Friday)
Start date: ASAP
Job Description:
- Handling existing customer enquiries via incoming calls relating to after sales
- Maintain customer records on the system
- Ordering spare parts/materials as requested by the client relating to previously purchased products
- Assisting with contacting third party companies to arrange visits to the existing clients as part of an after care service
- General day to day office administration relating to company products and services
The ideal candidate:
- Skilled administrator
- Self Confidence and good relationship building skills
- Motivated, humble and a good attitude
- Comfortable on the phone, writing emails
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail
