The Opportunity:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Lister / Valuer to join a dynamic team! If you thrive on building relationships, generating new business, and making a significant impact in the property world, this is the role for you.
Role Responsibilities:- Client Interaction: Be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
- Valuations and Listings: Conduct property valuations, turning them into listings through strong communication and negotiation.
- Lead Generation: Identify new leads and actively generate business to improve overall performance.
- Viewings and Appointments: Arrange and conduct viewings, as well as book appointments for additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing.
- Office Work: Spend time in the office, prospecting and generating new business, with a mix of out-of-office activities for viewings and meetings.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to foster great relationships with clients and turn valuations into successful listings.
- Driven and Determined: A strong desire to succeed, with a passion for sales and delivering excellent service.
- Ambitious: Motivated by challenges and excited by the potential to achieve targets and grow the business.
