Tele-sales Executive
Up to 12.30ph d.o.e, NN16 8BG, 9.30am till 2.30pm Tues, Wed and Thurs, Pension, Permanent
Due to continued success and department expansion plans, a head office of a market leading manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for a Tele-sales executive to join their sales team. You will providing support to the Sales Director and Sales Team:
- Updating and cleansing details on internal CRM system
- Sending out email mailshots, following up on any non-delivered
- Contacting prospect and lapsed decision makers introducing company services via telephone
- Appointment setting for field sales team
- Complying data for sales tenders, and weekly/monthly reports for sales department
- General administration duties for the Sales Team
we expect the successful Tele-sales Executive to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft office, be an excellent communicator, with the ability to fact find and build relationships and rapports, have a friendly confident and determined telephone manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked with Sales, Business Development or a Account Management position.
You will be joining the Kettering Head Office of a company that has been established for over 70 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of manufacturing. Working directly with the Sales Director, this role offers variety on a daily basis. The organisation name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality products, and they are keen to recruit a Tele-Sales Executive who strives to offer the same.
