We have an exciting new opportunity here at e.surv Chartered Surveyors for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for industry leading data services developed by e.surv.

Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and positioning e.surv’s data products as essential solutions within the wider property sector. The role requires an innovative thinker who is skilled in both consultative selling and the nuances of data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for data services to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance metrics, and reporting to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and action
  • Identify and target key industries and markets.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to continuously refine and adapt the sales strategy.
  • Lead the strategic presentation and communication of innovative data products to existing and potential clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving wide adoption across industry sectors.
  • Lead efforts to acquire new corporate clients, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Work closely with the existing Account Management team to understand existing customers approach and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Use insights gained from data analysis to inform decision-making and refine sales strategies.
  • Adopt a professional and entrepreneurial approach s and be results driven, working with KPIs including revenue growth, customer satisfaction and quality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong understanding of the property market, property data services, financial services, or similar fields
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales with industry knowledge, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing large corporate accounts, preferably within the data industry or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data and trends to drive business decisions.
