They are currently embarking on an ambitious growth plan, and therefore this role has arisen, to take technical enquiries from clients, and provide an excellent service to a plethora of customers.You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from clients, providing product support, problem solving any technical enquires and upselling where possible.The role:
- Take incoming calls from clients, regarding product range, technical enquiries, ongoing service, etc
- Respond to technical enquiries, troubleshooting and providing effective advice to clients
- Upsell the company's range of products and services where possible
- Liaise with internal teams (engineering, production, accounts, supply chain) to provide up to date advice and expertise to clients
The person:
- Any sales, account management or customer service experience
- Interest in Engineering / Technical
