Your main tasks will include cold calling to generate new business and handling customer service inquiries. A key part of the role is consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as taking advantage of any opportunity to promote IT services.You will act as the main point of contact for your customers and collaborate with other departments within the team. A proactive attitude is essential, as you will be expected to attract new business and build lasting relationships with customers and prospects.You will also work closely with the technical department on projects and sales opportunities. Part of your responsibility includes ensuring that any goods purchased are acquired at the best possible price.
