About the Role:
This role is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic Communications Manager to lead the communications strategy, build meaningful press and social media relationships, and amplify the brand in both B2B and B2C spaces.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Storytelling: Unearth and craft compelling stories that highlight the business’ innovative engineered products.
- SEO-Led Strategy: Develop and execute a communications strategy focused on increasing visibility and engagement through SEO best practices.
- Social Media Growth: Drive follower engagement and expansion across platforms, leveraging trends and analytics to refine approaches.
- Content Adaptation: Iterate content effectively for diverse target audiences and optimise for a wide mix of digital platforms, ensuring maximum impact.
- Industry Expertise: Work closely with the fenestration, specification, and construction industries to position the business as thought leaders.
- Content Leadership: Inspire colleagues to capture content opportunities and collaborate on narratives that align with our marketing strategy.

- Proven experience in creating and delivering SEO-focused communication strategies.
- A strong track record of driving social media engagement and growth.
- The ability to foster press relationships and develop impactful campaigns.
