We are looking for an organised, talented candidate to join our join our luxury brand and exciting team. With travel expensed to London on a monthly basis, we need someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is happy to devote themselves fully in this exciting role. A person who is confident speaking to various tradespeople and who can understand the world of construction / renovations / interior design, would be perfect.

You will be responsible for all aspects of various projects, taking autonomy in meetings, client briefs, allocation to team members, working to budgets, and ensuring the project is delivered on time. We need a charismatic manager with excellent communication and standards. A leader who can effectively delegate tasks to relevant staff and external contractors, whilst keeping management up to date and in the loop. This incredible job offers flexibility with expensed travel for meetings, and occasionally working from home here and then! Expect a fun team and great progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & support to the project team
  • Be involved in the formal handover process, and ensure that project-specific obligations are fully understood
  • Allocation of necessary resources to support project delivery
  • Work closely with our Design Department, and Installation Department to ensure accuracy and quality throughout the process
  • Liaise with the Commercial Department to ensure accurate and profitable management
  • Manage any external sub-contract packages where applicable
  • Review all drawings prior to issue for approval
  • Monitor compliance with client program and ensure all required administration is in place
  • Represent the company at client meetings where necessary
  • Take an active approach, visiting sites and interacting with production where needed
  • Support sales & estimating to win work
