Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £23,523 per annum (pay to be reviewed in April 2025)

Monday - Friday (38 hours per week with a 30 minute unpaid break). Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm and Friday 8:30am - 3pm.

Surrounding village to Kettering (may need a driving licence to get to office due to location). Fully office based

Holidays are 33 days (including 8 Bank Holidays).

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based near Kettering. Our client is looking for a customer service professional to join their established team. You’ll be joining a global brand with products in many of the well-known outlets we know. A bonus, you’ll have an early finish on a Friday! Another great benefit is the company provides for you to go on in-house development courses.

Purpose of role:Working within the UK Customer Service team, working with commercial customers and managing individual accounts. You will be responsible for answering all enquiries, processing orders and updating their CRM with relevant notes in relation to your allocated key accounts. Roughly 80% administration and 20% telephone based (as an estimate, this will be less than 10 calls per day).

This role is highly administrative with a lot of repetitive tasks to complete. It’s fully office based, you will be sat at your desk all day whilst completing your tasks. To be considered for this role, you’ll need to be highly I.T literate, especially surrounding Microsoft Packages (in particular Outlook emails, Excel and Word).

Summary of role:• Effective data entry - inputting your key account customer’s order details• Answering telephone calls from your key account customers • Supporting a small selection of key corporate customers with all day to day enquiries and customer support• Managing your own email address and responding to emails accordingly• Daily use of our client’s internal systems, updating with relevant information in a timely and accurate manner. • Administration invoicing of orders through the company system
