Salary: up to £28,000

Hours: 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday (This role is based onsite 5 days a week)
The One Group are working exclusively with a large well known iconic brand with a global presence to look for their next International Customer Service Representative, you will need to be fluent in Dutch for this role, with lots of opportunities for progression and growth this is not a role to missed!
You will be joining a small team working closely with their Netherlands customer market, developing relationships with their customers and being a part of their continued success.
What your day will look like?
- Providing a smooth and professional customer journey for a variety of customers internationally.
- Communicating predominantly over email with some level of phone calls (up to 10 a day)
- Use of language skills to communicate with customers, accurately and efficiently.
- Keeping in line with agreed SLAs.
- Escalating issues where required.
- Providing support and administration duties to the wider international team.
- Order processing, case management and invoice allocation
The ideal candidate for this role will have fluency in Dutch both written and spoken, you must be IT proficient, have excellent communication skills, enjoy developing internal and external relationships, work well in a team setting and have customer service/administration experience.
