Customer Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, providing knowledgeable support and guidance across product use, technical troubleshooting, and maintenance solutions.
- Escalation Management: Handle escalations efficiently, working closely with technical teams and third-party suppliers to deliver timely, effective resolutions with a client-first approach.
- Service Adjustments: Process service adjustments, refunds, and ensure all client interactions comply with contractual terms and are documented accurately.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive client satisfaction by identifying opportunities for process improvements across all service channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Stakeholder Partnerships: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors and service providers, supporting seamless delivery of high-quality service to business clients.
- Sustainability Advocacy: Promote sustainable water management practices, educating clients on best-use guidelines to optimise product efficiency and environmental benefits.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a B2B customer service role, ideally within the utilities, environmental services, or water solutions sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for a diverse client base.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing escalated client interactions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and a keen eye for process improvement.
